Today we will dive into the How do I use Categories in Directories?
The Categories is a new feature added for Directory Campaigns.
This will allow users to set a category for the offers created.
For example, you want to create categories for locational offers, different cuisines and types of businesses.
Users can create the categories in advance or have them created when making the offers.
STEP 1:
The Categories section is found in the left side panel together with the other main sections in the software.
STEP 2:
In the Categories section, click on + New Category to create a new category.
