GoHighLevel LC Registration

By Jason Bell / September 24, 2024

Telecommunication carriers are becoming more vigilant in addressing issues related to spam and adhering to acceptable use policy guidelines for SMS and calls.

They have implemented a range of regulations and compliance frameworks to maintain
control over spamming activities and safeguard the in customers such as leads and contacts.

These measures are aimed at ensuring a better user experience and protecting individuals from unwanted or fraudulent communications.

let’s talk about how to register for go high level.

In Go high level Lead Connector is GHL’s phone system. Basically it is their own Twillio account. But it’s a wholesale Twillio account so they get better pricing and they pass on the savings to us in the form of not up charging for access to this so it doesn’t cost you anymore using this versus Twilio and it makes it alot easier to submit applications in the trust center.

Let’s go through how to set up Lead Connector in Go High Level.

Make sure to check your phone settings and see if LC is enabled or not
(LC being lead connector)

Go to your account settings and then go to the phone numbers.

If it is connected you will see the provider name and type as Lead Connector.

If you don’t have a phone provider configured yet you will want to request LC migration in your sub account.

If you don’t have the lead connector to do that you can access the Request LC URL below and you’ll be directed to a form

Don’t request if you’ve got LC so make sure you check your system to make
you know before you make this request.

Once you submit this form one of our support team will be notified to migrate your account to use the LC phone system and you’ll be informed as to what info is needed
for the migration.

If your GHL account your go high level account is using Twilio you may also request to change and migrate to LC phone system.

You can migrate your phones and everything your phone numbers to the system just follow the same procedure.

Visit this link and fill out the form to request for account migration to use the LC phone system.
