[Prospect Reach] How Signature Templates Work

Today we are going to go over how Signature Templates work in Prospect Reach.


Signature Templates are used to append information at the end of all of your prospecting emails that you send out.

Any campaigns you send out this is what is used at the end of each one of your emails.


Let’s go over where you can find this in your software:


Step 1:

Go to your dashboard an select “Settings”


Step 2: 

Select the tab “Signature Template”. 


You will now have the ability to edit whatever signature you want to end your email.

For example: 

  • All the best,
  • Best,
  • Best regards,
  • Best wishes,
  • Fond regards,
  • Kind regards,
  • Looking forward to hearing from you,
  • Regards,

You can also put your contact information.



Once complete click “Save” and you are good to go!
