[Prospect Reach] How to get your platform set up fast

Today I want to share with you How to Get Your Platform Setup Fast in Prospect Reach!

This tutorial will be super helpful with setting up your platform in the Prospect Reach software.

Now let’s get started!

 

Let’s get your software set up. 

First you will need to login to the app. An easy way to do this is through our website: mylocalagency.co and under the tab “Software Logins”.

 

Scroll for Prospect Reach and click “log in”.

You will then be directed to a login page!

 

You can also login into Kajabi (where all your courses are held)  https://jason-bell.mykajabi.com/ and click tab “software login”

 

Once in the platform we will need to get your settings set up before beginning you campaign.

 

Step 1:

Click the “Settings” tab

 

 

Step 2:

Once in Settings we will start by setting up the email account attached to your campaigns.

Select “Email Accounts”

Step 3:

Click the “Add Email Account” button.

Step 4:

Next you will need to select an Account Type. 

We recommend using SendGrid.

Insert your Account Information & click “Submit”.

Step 5:

Next Click “General Settings” 

Here you will enter your specific time zone and date format. 

 

 

Step 6:

Next click the “Api Key” tab.

Here you will enter your Zapier Api Key.

Step 7:

Go back to your dashboard and select the “groups” tab

 

 

Here you can create a group of contacts to send your campaigns to.

Select “Create Group” 

Here you will give your group a name and import your contacts.

Select “Submit” once complete.

You can also add contacts in the contact tab and import contacts, add manually or import contacts for multiple groups.

Once you have imported the contacts you can then create a group for those contacts. 

You have all of the tools in your platform set up for you to start your first campaign!
